- Weekly ground maintenance visits, including:
- Lawn mowing.
- Weedwaching.
- Blowing away debris from paved and landscaped areas.
- Spring and fall cleanups:
- In spring, the lawn will be dethatched, beds will be cleaned of all debris and turned over, and pre-emergement applied to prevent weeds.
- In fall, the beds and lawn will be cleaned out twice and the debris will be removed.
- Lawn program—five treatments during each season.
- Automatic mulching of springtime beds.
- Complete inspections of the house and the utilities once per week (power/ac, well/plumbing, alarm, perimeter). We will take pictures and mail a report to the owner.
- Bi-annual installation of seasonal flowers.
- Annuals in late spring.
- Mums in early fall.
- Up to four visits to prepare the house for your arrival, including:
- Windows opened.
- Heat or air conditioning turned on.
- Floor vacuumed.
- Winter snow plowing of driveways and walks after each snow event.
- Optional : Weeding of beds.
